-Gemworld reserves the right to cancel any sale and stop supply of products or discontinue the availability of any product listed on this website at our discretion. If your order is cancelled, a full refund will be made to you.

-Every product includes VAT at 20%

PAYMENT

Your payment must be made in full before delivery.

Where payment is accepted through a bank transfer, the goods will not be released for shipping until the funds have cleared in our accounts. We reserve the right to refuse any payment in any form for any transaction without disclosing our reasons.

AVAILABILITY

-We try to keep our stock levels as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a product will always be in stock when you place and order. If for some reason we are unable to supply a product we will refund your account in full.

For personalized products, such as rings, and other items that we don’t have in stock and are made to order may take up to 30 working days or longer to deliver. We will advise you by email the estimated delivery time of your order.

WEATHER CONDITIONS

We’ll do our best to make sure your order gets to you on time but please be aware that in severe or adverse conditions, our couriers may be unable to meet the advertised delivery times.
